During your consultation with Christopher and our Home Curator, you walk them through your current home (in-person or via Zoom) while they help you decide the new placement of your belongings — captured room by room on the blueprint of your new home.

The Confidentiality Standard

Every crew member is background-checked and signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement before stepping foot in your home.

All photos taken during your relocation are used exclusively for your digital inventory and your SettledIn assistant — never shared, never stored beyond your project, and never used for any other purpose. Your family's privacy is non-negotiable.

The Precision Pack System

Every item in your home packed in phases designed around your family's daily routine. The rooms you use most are the last to be touched. Every box numbered, labeled by room and contents, and logged in our system.

Once everything is unpacked and professionally organized in your new home, we document exactly where it was placed — the groundwork your SettledIn system runs on.

The Connection Map

Every TV, sound system, gaming console, and computer workstation disconnected, labeled, transported, and fully reconnected in your new home. Tested. Working. Ready to use.

How It Works

1. Private Consultation

You, Christopher, and our Home Curator tour your current home together (in-person or via Zoom). We notate every detail and understand your priorities for the new home.


 

2. Custom Blueprint

As you walk your current home with us, we document every placement onto your new home's blueprint. You shape every decision so the final layout perfectly matches how you want to live.


 

3. Move Week

Christopher's hand-selected team executes under his on-site direction — moving specialists handle packing, transport, and placement; our Home Curator and her assistant unpack and organize every room; and our professional installer mounts your artwork and wall hangings. Every specialist is background-checked and NDA-signed.


4. The Finished Home

When it's done, every room is set up exactly to the plan you approved — unpacked and organized, as if you've always lived there. Nothing left for you to handle. And by the next morning, your SettledIn assistant is ready — it knows where everything is, available to you 24/7.
